The Oval’s HP Summer Strength and Conditioning Soccer Camps is designed to help athletes increase their strength, speed, multidirectional movement and overall athleticism so that they can run faster, cut quicker and be stronger on the ball. Simply playing more soccer will not make a player stronger or faster.  This series of 4 day camps is designed to teach and train soccer players to become faster, stronger and more physically dominant on the field. Camp sessions include strength training sessions, speed agility & quickness work, energy system development/conditioning sessions and focused recovery and regeneration time.  Individual skill based soccer drills and futsal games are integrated each day.
